Life-long friends Aron Stevens/Damien Sandow and Ross "The Real Delight" Abdelnour talk Wrasslin'

So let's just give people a little background here. Back in my high school era I had a friend that use to have wrestling matches in his back yard. From there he was able to turn it into an Amature Wrestling league call the Wrestling Alliance of Mayhem. WAM. Ultimately it became a fundraiser for Worcester State baseball, a complete success overall. I met these gentleman I had on last night basically through this league. I had gone to school with Ross and his cousin Billy previously at Holy Name where Aron also attended and was good friends with Ross. Ross was also my opponent when I took the WAM Tag Team championship with my boy Dennis Marment on a perfectly executed 3D at The Palladium. Had to throw that in there Ross! Wooooooooooooooo!
We discussed a ton of material here. The one thing I took away from this chat was loyalty. As you know, that word is plastered all over this project. I would like to believe that loyalty is common but it just isn't. You don't see it very much, but after chatting with these two you can tell it's strong between them. Here in Worcester, we all battled. A lot of us still hang around with the people we grew up with. The entire city seemingly knows each other if not first hand, one or two degrees away. Before I did this ZoomCast I went back and watched all the interviews Aron did and tried to steer this thing in a non repetitive direction and overall I think it worked. I love the fact that this dude is a star and he never forgot his hometown. We really got into the best tag teams of all time and LOD/RoadWarriors were his pick. Demolition will always be mine. The Midnight Express is up there by default for me but it wouldnt be my pick. We also discussed the greatest pop of all time and we were right in synch. Here's Mine! For my friend BJ, Daniel Bryan's pop at Providence was tremendous. Crowd Chills.

Overall, I think we were both correct. Wow though. Chills to both vids right here. So after we chatted it was clear that this needed an episode 2. We have so much more to talk about. Look forward to it fellas. The Real Delight has verbally committed to a co-host spot on the WAM reunion show next week and we hope you all can make it. I want to thank Aron for being cool as fuck and also for being the conversationalist he is. Worcester is proud of you both on many levels, but for me, you guys make me proud to say I'm from here.
